Lincoln Motor Company seeks a Non-Vehicle Ecommerce Group Product Manager for Parts, Accessories and Merchandise. You will lead a team driving Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle experiences, translating customer needs into an actionable roadmap.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this hybrid role requires onsite presence four+ days weekly. You will own metrics, drive optimization, and collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, and marketing to deliver resilient customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of ecommerce product management experience.
• 3+ years managing ecommerce funnel products.
• 1+ year leading product managers or leaders.
• 1+ year experience with experimentation and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities for the product management team.
• Mentor a high-performing ecommerce product team.
• Lead end-to-end ecommerce for Parts, Accessories and Merchandise.
• Define strategy for search, recommendations, personalization, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, and marketing.
