Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with expertise in budget management and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with strong financial acumen.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes including recruiting operations and onboarding programs.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication with executive-ready materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent results.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budget across portfolio and build financial narrative for budget reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline, onboarding, and leadership workshops.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town halls.
• Strategic planning: support annual and mid-year planning with scorecard updates.
• Talent management: conduct talent reviews and drive growth initiatives.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and broader organization to share best practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
