CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to partner with the SVP of Healthcare Analytics, owning the numbers, processes, and communications that drive an analytics-driven organization. You will craft budgets, manage talent programs, and deliver executive-ready updates that inform leadership and stakeholders nationwide.

The role requires deep financial acumen, strong executive presence in writing, and comfort with AI-enabled storytelling.

Qualifications

10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management and executive communications.
8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking.
6+ years managing structured business processes including recruiting, onboarding, and governance.
6+ years of excellent written communication for executive materials.
5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

Oversee financial stewardship and budget narratives for reviews.
Manage recruiting pipeline and onboarding processes; organize leadership workshops.
Produce executive-ready communications and leadership updates.
Support annual and mid-year planning with metrics tracking.
Run talent reviews and assess engagement results; support growth.
Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and Analytics org for best practices.
Identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
