Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and ability to track ROI and deliver executive insights.
• 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations and onboarding programs.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience with senior leaders.
• 5+ years of thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent results.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets across the portfolio and build the financial narrative for budget reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipelines, onboarding, and leadership workshops to drive transparency.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strategic planning and performance: support annual and mid-year planning, scorecard updates, and progress tracking.
• Talent management: run talent reviews and calibrations, analyze engagement results, and support growth.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with peer Chiefs of Staff and broader Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology org.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
