Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking an Operations Strategy Execution Manager to assess and streamline current operation processes across departments. You will lead vendor coordination, reporting, and UAT on applications, while enhancing workflow efficiency and user experience with Encompass.

The role involves identifying risks under HMDA, CFPB and TRID, and presenting insights to management. Strong SQL Server/Excel VBA skills and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Analysis or Process Ownership.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending.
• Regulatory and legal compliance basics are expected.
• Experience with SQL Server and Excel VBA is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams on releases and job aids.
• Improve user experience with Encompass and explore automation via AI/ML.
• Identify process risks (HMDA, CFPB, TRID) and present findings to management.
