Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional customer and merchant outcomes.

As part of the Operations Enablement team, you will own cross‑functional roadmaps, lead training and knowledge management programs, and partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to align priorities for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification preferred).
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI‑driven knowledge tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, or consumer lending highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own program performance across cross‑functional initiatives.
• Set strategic direction with clear roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead transformation initiatives using lean, change management, and data‑driven methods.
• Build technical resources for human and AI agents.
• Elevate knowledge management with SOPs, learning platforms and AI tools.
• Translate technical concepts into clear operational resources.
• Oversee learning and training strategy and measurement.
• Champion readiness for product launches and regulatory changes.
• Drive insights with metrics, dashboards and qualitative feedback to inform leadership.
• Influence partners and stakeholders at scale to align goals.
• Coach augmented staff, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead change management practices to scale globally.
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains as needed.
