The role directs project management, budgeting, procurement, and staff development while coordinating with executive leadership to advance redevelopment initiatives and public housing programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience, including supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and evaluates Operations Department personnel.
• Plans, directs, and monitors projects from concept to completion.
• Oversees construction, housing development, redevelopment, and public works projects.
• Maintains budget, procurement, and contract administration processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations and safety standards.
