Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business/public administration or closely related field.
• Extensive knowledge of financial management and program administration.
• Experience supervising staff and managing grants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director in leading daily operations and strategic planning.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
• Coordinate budget management, payables/receivables, and audits.
• Represent BHA with regulatory bodies, officials, and community partners.
• Supervise administrative, property management, maintenance, and program staff.
