Qualifications

• Must possess a Public Housing Manager's certificate (PHM) or obtain within a year.
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by Virginia.

• Oversee direction, administration, and coordination for the SRHA.
• Manage fiscal resources, fund allocations, and budget preparation.
• Represent SRHA to government officials and community groups.
