Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, estimating, design and permitting departments.
• Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency and cycle time.
• Lead construction management and field operations teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and costs.
• Ensure homes are built per plans, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, capacity planning and budgets.
