RestorePro Reconstruction in Greenville, SC, is seeking a General Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects with P&L responsibility. You will drive operational excellence, build subcontractor networks, and ensure profitable, on-schedule delivery in a 24/7 emergency services environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand medium-complexity financial and operations reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Proficient with mobile technology.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with T&M billing and Xactimate.
• Valid Driving License and pass a MVR checkin accordance with company policies.
• Must be able to pass a background checkin accordance with company policies.
• Must be able to pass a drug screenin accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration and reconstruction projects to ensure efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead teams, manage budgets and develop business strategies for growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in water, fire, mold and storm damage restoration.
• Build and maintain a network of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time and profitable project delivery in a 24/7 emergency services environment.
• Drive safety culture and continuous operational excellence.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff for long-term success.
• Manage office administration and policy enforcement.
