Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Strategic Operations professional to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You will work with senior leaders, shape operating models, and drive initiatives end to end in a high-growth health tech environment.

The role sits within the Strategic Operations team and reports to the Director of Strategic Operations. You’ll collaborate with risk adjustment leadership and other senior teams, balancing analysis with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management; influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; openness to AI tools.
• Self-starter, ownership-driven, quick, and eager to learn from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & problem solving: define questions, develop approaches, and provide clear recommendations.
• Develop and refine strategies, operating models, and playbooks for scaling teams.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and leadership updates.
