Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; curious about using AI tools.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and moves quickly while delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end with work plans, timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive initiatives to completion with speed and quality, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve how the team plans and executes work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders across operations, client-facing, and corporate functions to align on priorities and move work forward.
• Own key business rhythms, including business reviews, leadership forums, and team development initiatives.
• Flex into analytical work, building analyses, synthesizing data, and pressure-testing recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and recommendations for reviews and updates.
