Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience delivering executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority across senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; curious about AI tools to improve efficiency.
