Datavant is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to join the Strategic Operations team. You will partner with the Risk Adjustment COO and leadership to shape strategy, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver measurable results across a rapidly growing health tech platform.

You will translate ambiguous problems into structured plans, oversee end‑to‑end programs, and influence senior leaders through data‑driven recommendations.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and program management; able to structure ambiguous problems and manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience developing clear, compelling, executive‑ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority and work effectively with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
• Working proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; curious about using AI and new tools to work smarter.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership, moves quickly without sacrificing quality, brings ideas forward, and is eager to learn and grow through feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Take broad, ambiguous business problems and bring structure: define the question, develop the approach, and drive toward clear recommendations.
• Develop and refine strategies, operating models, and playbooks that help teams operate more effectively as the business scales.
• Prepare executive‑ready materials and recommendations, including business reviews and leadership updates.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives end to end, including work plans, timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
