Job summary

Datavant, a healthcare data collaboration platform, seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive high-impact initiatives. You will partner with the Risk Adjustment COO and senior leaders to transform broad problems into structured plans, with a focus on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, shaping operating models and business reviews.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and problem-solving efforts, define questions, develop approaches, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Own end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives with timelines and risk tracking.
