Formlabs Inc. is seeking an early-career Strategy & Operations Analyst in Somerville, MA, a hybrid role requiring in-office presence.

You will translate business problems into executable requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and build solutions with SQL, Python, and automation. You'll partner with the CIO and IT & Systems leaders to drive OKRs, reporting, and roadmaps across data platforms, finance, and infrastructure.

Formación

• 2–4 years in consulting, business operations, strategy & operations, or similar analytical role.
• Experience building tools, dashboards, automations, or scripts used by others.
• Comfortable learning new systems and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Take ambiguous business problems, define requirements, and lead small cross-functional teams from scoping through launch.
• Write SQL queries, Python scripts, integrations, and automations to close gaps between systems.
• Run IT & Systems OKR process, gather inputs, track progress, and surface risks for leadership.
• Own data, cadence, and first draft of recurring leadership reporting, roadmap rollups, and spend reporting.
