Formlabs is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to turn messy business problems into shipped solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, Support, and R&D. You will partner with the CIO on IT & Systems, drive OKRs, reporting, and roadmapping for a 26-person team, and build the solutions using SQL, Python, automation, and AI tools.

This role is based in Somerville, MA with a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days in office.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in consulting, business operations, strategy & operations, or similar analytical role.
• MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent strategic experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, economics, business, or related field.

Mansioni

• Take ambiguous business problem statements, define requirements and success measures, and lead small cross-functional teams from scoping through launch.
• Write SQL queries, Python scripts, integrations, and low-code or AI-powered automations to close gaps between systems.
• Run IT & Systems OKR process, gather inputs, track progress, and surface risks for leadership decisions.
• Own data, cadence, and first draft of recurring leadership reporting, roadmap rollups, and spend reporting.
• Improve how the organization runs—software purchasing, renewals, license hygiene, and vendor coordination—by automating processes.
