Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to turn messy business problems into shipped solutions. You will scope problems from Finance, Operations, Sales, Support, and R&D, rally the right people, and build the solution yourself with SQL, Python, automation, and AI tools.

You will report to the CIO and partner with IT & Systems leaders to drive OKRs, reporting, and roadmapping for a 26-person team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in consulting, business operations, strategy & operations, or similar analytical role.
• MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent strategic experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Have shipped a real tool, dashboard, automation, or script.
• Comfortable writing SQL and Python or similar scripting language.
• Able to size and communicate a clear recommendation in writing and in person.
• Lead without authority to build trust with engineers and business partners.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead small cross-functional teams from scoping through launch.
• Write SQL queries, Python scripts, integrations, and automations.
• Run IT & Systems OKR process, track progress, surface risks.
• Own data, cadence, and leadership reporting and roadmaps.
• Improve software purchasing, renewals, license hygiene, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare analysis and materials for executive discussions.
