Job summary

The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Management Analyst II in the Development Services Department's Development Coordination Division. The role focuses on analytical support, monthly reporting, and KPI data analysis to inform decisions for improving department operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field and have experience with budget/financial analysis, Excel, and data-driven process improvements, supporting the DAC and city initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in analysis of processes, procedures, operations, systems or methods, including budget/financial management or research analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Development Advisory Committee (DAC) report and Strategic Operations Informal Report to Mayor and City Council.
• Capture, monitor, analyze, and communicate monthly and quarterly KPI data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and automation through data analysis.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the Transportation Impact Fee Program (TrIF).
• Serve as liaison with other city departments, divisions, and outside agencies.
