The State of Delaware is seeking a Management Analyst II to coordinate and conduct studies, providing technical assistance and recommendations to division components. You will analyze operations, interpret laws, and prepare narrative reports to support decisions across statewide programs.

Responsibilities include developing and evaluating management controls, studying regulations, and recommending procedural improvements to better utilize resources and meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Experience with descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Experience in writing narrative reports documenting analyses and findings.
• Knowledge of designing studies: goals, data needs, sources, sampling and collection.
• Ability to formulate recommendations for changes based on findings.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlations and ANOVA.
