Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent education.
• Three years of relevant Risk or Audit experience in a large regional or US financial services firm or equivalent examiner experience.
• Excellent time management, communication (verbal and written), and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically, balancing big picture with details.
• Strong business acumen and organizational agility; ethical and dependable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance processes for Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives.
• Inform stakeholders of execution status and risks to governance committees.
• Identify trends in execution deficiencies and remedial actions.
• Manage ORM reporting and policy governance activities.
• Support risk program owners and onboarding of team members.
• Provide data inputs for risk taxonomy, KRIs, and risk metrics.
• Ensure timely remediation and escalations as part of governance activities.
