The ideal candidate has strong SQL, BI tool experience, and solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and lending/finance data. Collaboration with LOB teams is essential for accurate mappings and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline.
• Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
• Ability to lead moderately complex projects and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute complex recurring or ad hoc reports, analyses, data, system-related, or operational tasks.
• Investigate and research unexplained variations in reports, data, systems; explain results to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and administer controls to ensure data integrity and improve processes.
• Assist with development of departmental documentation for complex activities.
• Serve as a consultative resource on risk reporting and data-related issues; engage stakeholders to define objectives.
• Lead moderate projects with higher risks or complexity and mentor teammates.
