Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent education and training.
- Three years of risk or audit experience in a large financial services firm or equivalent.
- Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically with big-picture view and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and organizational agility.
- Ethical standards and ability to manage pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Mansioni
- Oversee governance of Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives and report to governance bodies.
- Identify trends in execution deficiencies and recommend remedial actions.
- Manage policy governance and reporting for risk operations.
- Support risk reporting to committees, leadership, and regulators.
- Provide inputs for risk taxonomy, appetite framework, and KRIs.
