Job summary

Resources Global Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Operational Accountant to support key accounting and financial operations across the organization. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, and strong internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a practical accounting background, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity; identify variances.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, and accruals.
