Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, consulting, or a combination.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement variances; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets and accruals.
• Assist with cash flow reporting, forecasting, and treasury activities.
• Partner with operations to ensure correct accounting entries.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responses.
• Maintain and improve processes, workflows, and internal controls.
• Participate in system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Develop operational reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc analysis.
