• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage internal rehiring funnels.
• Create best-in-class candidate experiences highlighting physical office value and community impact.
• Use data insights to diagnose bottlenecks and report progress to TA Managers.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators on onsite hiring nuances.
