Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to serve in-person and virtual clients, handling complex to simple tax scenarios and connecting clients with broader Intuit services for year-round support. You will build relationships, provide clear guidance, and grow the local client base through outreach and events, while meeting training, uniform, and on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Uniforms required; may be featured in advertising materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
