Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: advise Local Office leadership on talent needs for Flagship, Retail, and Service offices.
• Onsite Talent Orchestration: lead end-to-end recruitment for Service, Ambassador, and Concierge Experts.
• Complex Offer Management: coordinate offers with Real Estate and Compensation partners; align with lease timelines.
• Sourcing Strategy: build proactive sourcing to attract external talent and manage internal rehires.
• Candidate Experience: craft compelling experiences promoting the value of a physical office and community impact.
• Operational Excellence: use data to diagnose bottlenecks and report progress to TA Managers.
• Mentorship: guide recruiters and coordinators on onsite hiring nuances.
