Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with client objectives and foster a collaborative partnership, driving strategic evolution and operational management of all activities.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and position teams for continued success by growing and retaining accounts, pricing services, and building industry networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven ability to maintain customer satisfaction and relationships with colleagues/management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships and understanding client needs.
• Price and sell services for conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition.
• Drive recruitment performance and ensure SLA compliance across teams.
• Collaborate to align programs with client business objectives and culture.
