Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager in Minneapolis to lead the management of 325,000 square feet of leased office space. You will partner with landlords, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient workplace and drive operational excellence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience managing budgets and vendor performance to deliver high-quality facilities services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial facilities and day-to-day operations.
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in facilities management; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor work to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as primary contact for facility matters.
• Plan and manage capital and operating projects aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets with cost control focus.
• Conduct facility inspections for compliance and efficiency; promote safe practices.
• Lead environmental health and safety programs to ensure a high-performing workplace.
• Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and procurement processes.
