Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time to fill.
• Price and sell services and understand client industries.
