Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and lead the strategic evolution of client programs. You will manage recruitment fulfillment, KPI tracking, and a strong client relationship network across HR and operations.

Responsibilities include quarterly business reviews, price and sell services, and escalating issues with procurement, operations, and HR managers. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service-provider industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and meeting KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain key accounts by building relationships with HR and operations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews to client leadership.
• Manage recruitment fulfillment activities and track KPIs.
• Price and sell staffing services; optimize fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and HR managers to resolve issues.
