Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oncology, Hematology, Rare Disease, or Immunology with 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• Willingness to travel 60%–80%; able to operate across field and headquarter environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and develop on-label programming aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and education initiatives for the field.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at regional and national events.
• Manage speaker programs and ensure compliant execution of content.
• Provide market insights to inform strategy and tactics.
