Job summary
Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an Oncology Program Manager to lead strategic planning, development, and evaluation of cancer programs. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of oncology programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to improve cancer care.
- Ensure compliance with CoC, NCCN, and other accreditation standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor program performance.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources for oncology services.
- Engage patients and community organizations to promote cancer screening and education.
