Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Seven years of healthcare experience, with four years in program/project operations.
• Strong leadership, planning and strategic-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements program initiatives to meet goals within timelines.
• Provides consultative services to leadership to drive successful outcomes.
• Creates materials and reports for Senior Leadership and staff.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams across the system.
