Curve Dental is seeking a Product Demonstration Specialist to serve as the product expert, delivering compelling demos of Curve Dental software to prospects and internal teams. You will collaborate with Development, create user guides and training materials, analyze market trends, and help shape product direction while traveling up to twice monthly to meet customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience demonstrating software to prospects or customers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate feedback into actions.
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software, particularly in healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare data concepts and claims perspectives.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners.
• Provide product demonstrations & position Curve against competitors.
• Identify product opportunities; document solutions and coordinate with Dev.
• Create educational materials such as user guides and process flows.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Development on product enhancements and customer requests.
