Job summary

Curve Dental is seeking a Product Demonstration Specialist to act as the product expert across teams and with prospects, ensuring accurate and relevant knowledge delivery. You will identify common user issues, drive cross-functional resolutions with Development, and prepare compelling presentations that place Curve Dental solutions in the best light.

This role requires 3–5 years in cloud-centric dental software and experience with US healthcare operations, with occasional travel up to 2 times

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in cloud-centric dental software.
• Experience in US healthcare operations.
• Ability to deliver back-to-back presentations.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners
• Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions
• Identify product opportunities; write up solutions, prioritize, and interface with Development team
• Assist in the creation of educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, training materials
• Responsible for staying on top of and analyzing market trends.
• Collaborate with Development, in a team setting, on product enhancements/customer requests
