Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation or technical support.
• Familiarity with SaaS security technologies (SIEM, vulnerability management, SOAR) is essential.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn new software ecosystems and adapt to evolving features.
• Experience with basic software configuration and network concepts (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, or macOS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
• Manage implementation timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet scope and deadlines.
• Initiate onboarding project kickoff and drive foundational technical installation and configuration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and subcontractors to drive successful implementation.
• Perform software installation and configuration to align with customer environments.
• Guide customers through prerequisites and best practices for product setup.
• Conduct validation testing and troubleshoot setup issues, escalating blockers as needed.
• Maintain customer implementation records and case management notes.
• Gather feedback and contribute to process improvements and product development input.
