Job summary

SunRidge Management Group Inc is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community on-site. The role emphasizes resident relations, leasing performance, financial oversight, and facilities management, with mentoring of the Assistant Manager.

You will coordinate with the AVP, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and drive a high standard of service while maintaining occupancy goals and a strong team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination.
• Financial Management: monitor rents, expenses, delinquencies, budget compliance; approve invoices and manage vendors.
• Team Leadership: recruit, onboard and train on-site staff; conduct evaluations and foster collaboration.
• Leasing & Marketing: oversee applications, lease approvals, market surveys, and occupancy goals.
• Resident Relations: ensure excellent customer service; respond to concerns and conduct move-in/out inspections.
• Maintenance Coordination: partner with maintenance to ensure units are market-ready and safe.
• Compliance & Reporting: maintain records, submit reports, ensure licensing and safety compliance.
