Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Omnichannel Operations to guide a diverse team across At Your Service, Signing and Merchandise Logistics. You will drive product movement, fulfilment, and customer service excellence, while coaching staff to achieve key metrics and profitable growth.

Lead strategic workload planning, ensure efficient merchandise flow, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on safety, RFID, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail setting.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategies to plan workload for product movement and fulfilment.
• Direct receipt processing and maintain back-of-house standards.
• Elevate Omni Customer Experience scores and meet demand metrics.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house staff to ensure curbside and in-store service.
• Manage SLAs for curbside pickup and safety-focused operations.
• Oversee returns for abandoned and non-congruent orders.
• Collaborate with admin, asset protection, and merchandising on safety and RFID.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and manage staff to meet performance expectations.
• Provide strategic insight and ensure the team meets goals.
