Job summary

DRW seeks an experienced Office Space Planner to join our Workplace team in London, coordinating space planning for DRW London & Amsterdam offices. You will develop move plans, optimize density, and ensure accurate seating and occupancy reporting.

Responsibilities include leading complex moves, coordinating with ITS and project teams, and supporting desk bookings and floorplan maintenance. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a space planner or in workplace planning roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Proficient in space management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide short- and long-term space planning for DRW London & Amsterdam offices.
• Develop move plans with space assignments and occupancy schedules.
• Coordinate complex moves with high occupant counts and optimal density.
• Maintain seating charts, employee locations, and space designations.
• Support onsite floorplans for moves and occupancy planning.
• Collaborate with Workplace, ITS and Project Management teams on active projects.
• Weekly seat allocations for new hires, transfers, and visitors.
• Review and validate weekly/monthly space and occupancy reporting.
• Forecast data for space and occupancy planning.
• Raise permits for contractors and manage desk moves and related IT changes.
