Job summary

Aurora Innovation Inc. seeks an Associate, Workplace Strategy to lead space planning, support office projects, and analyze space and headcount data. You will collaborate with the Aurora Workplace team and internal stakeholders to design functional, scalable workplace environments.

Responsibilities include drafting 2D layouts in AutoCAD or Revit, managing occupancy, and coordinating moves. You’ll contribute to planning standards and stay current with office trends and smart-office technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in space planning, interior design, or facilities coordination.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and the ability to read floorplans.

Responsibilities

• Lead space and occupancy planning, maintain spatial data and floor plan audits.
• Manage team allocations, seating, and monitor occupancy levels.
• Update space planning software and standards.
• Assist in facility projects from renovations to new offices.
• Draft 2D space layouts using AutoCAD or Revit for growth plans.
• Support move management with planning and execution of moves.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders to address spatial needs.
• Stay informed on office trends and smart-office tech to contribute ideas.
