ODORZX INC. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee labor, productivity, quality control, and daily reports in our automotive service operations. You will identify vehicle conditions and promote safety while building a proactive, team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in automotive settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to drive efficiency and client relations in a fast-paced outdoor work context.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician, detailer, or related fields preferred.
• Manager experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience with similar responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be able to pass following insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of automotive vehicles.
• Operate equipment to clean interior to standards.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Develop processes and standards to maximize productivity and safety.
• Monitor P&L, labor costs, and overall efficiency.
• Drive team engagement and accountability for the team.
