Job summary

Facil North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for our North American Headquarters in Independence, Ohio. The role focuses on managing customer relationships and serving as the primary commercial liaison, with emphasis on service excellence, project and account management.

You will report to the Sales Manager, North America and collaborate with operations and purchasing. The position offers a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time

Qualifications

• Master's degree or minimum bachelor's in Sales, Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience; OEM account management a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with relationship-building focus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; ability to interpret complex info.
• Proactive, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (SalesForce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs from the customer and manage RFQ in Salesforce with follow-up and reporting.
• Revise purchase orders and implement in Facil ERP system.
• Serve as primary customer contact and liaison with Facil departments.
• Identify opportunities to increase turnover with OEMs in services and/or parts.
• Oversee project implementation and follow-up with customers.
• Draft and negotiate customer contracts with departmental support.
• Distribute contracts within the global organization and monitor margins.
