Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Consultant- Talent Sourcing Intermediate to lead proactive research and engagement with passive candidates. You will manage multiple requisitions, build diverse candidate pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies that reflect our values.

In this role, you will monitor recruitment metrics, stay ahead of trends, and contribute to an inclusive talent acquisition program across IU Health’s network of hospitals and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
• Requires strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
• Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage top talent from diverse backgrounds using multiple channels.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies in partnership with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on recruitment trends and share knowledge with the team to enhance talent acquisition.
