Job summary
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina seeks a senior OD/OE advisor to consult with executives and lead organization design and culture initiatives. You will diagnose challenges, craft scalable interventions, and drive performance improvements across the enterprise while aligning with strategic priorities.
You will partner with COEs and leadership to advance change strategies, measure impact, and enable workforce readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 8+ years of related experience.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development preferred.
- Experience designing and executing enterprise‑wide OD interventions.
- Proven capability leading culture transformation and change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Peakon Employee Voice is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges and lead transformations.
- Diagnose, design and drive OD/OE interventions aligned to strategic priorities.
- Lead organizational and workforce system effectiveness efforts and governance.
- Partner with HR COEs to shape and deploy enterprise OD strategies.
- Define success metrics and measure impact of OD/OE solutions.
