Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking an Organization Development Consultant to lead interventions that align people, processes, and systems for sustainable growth across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to design, deliver OD programs, and drive talent development, engagement, retention, and employee experience. Regular travel to Northside Hospital locations is required to support initiatives across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience including managing people and large-scale projects.
• Experience designing, implementing, measuring and reporting organizational development interventions.
• Strong facilitation and both written and oral communication skills.
• Travel to various Northside Hospital locations on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead interventions for organizational performance and effectiveness using action research, experiential learning, and behavioral science.
• Consult with senior leaders to design and deliver OD programs, processes, and initiatives.
• Align people, processes, and systems to drive sustainable growth and change.
• Provide leadership for OD Consultant(s) and influence without authority.
