Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead OCM and training initiatives for public sector transformation programs. You will align stakeholders, develop tailored OCM strategies, and integrate change activities into overall project delivery. Responsibilities include stakeholder analyses, readiness evaluations, and the design of communication plans.

Travel may be required. A Bachelor’s degree is required with Master’s preferred and 7+ years in public sector OCM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in the public sector creating OCM programs or training curricula for system implementations.
• Minimum 3 years in a role similar to Organizational Change Manager for projects.
• Experience in transportation, tollway, or comparable industries with a strong customer and systems focus.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training initiatives for public sector transformation programs.
• Develop and implement tailored OCM strategies for public sector clients.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Design and execute communication, engagement, and resistance management plans.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and establish feedback mechanisms.
• Define and monitor change adoption KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights.
