Office of Financial Management (OFM) in Washington State leads organizational change management for the One Washington ERP transformation. The role develops and implements an integrated change strategy aligning readiness, communications, training, and adoption with program milestones.

It requires strong relationship-building, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex environments, working across agencies and partners to ensure successful implementation and benefits realization.

Qualificações

• Certification in organizational change management (e.g., Prosci/CCMP).
• Experience with Workday or other ERP platforms.
• Proven track record in large-scale enterprise transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCM strategy, governance, and program integration for One Washington.
• Guide readiness, adoption, and change impact across the program.
• Provide leadership on employee engagement and workforce readiness.
